How to Choose

The right service depends on where you are in the audit cycle.

Organisations at different stages have different needs. Some face a statutory deadline and need an independent examination conducted to recognised standards. Others want to understand their controls before an auditor arrives. Some want both, in sequence.

The three services below are distinct but complementary. If you are uncertain which applies to your situation, the contact form at the bottom of the home page is the simplest place to start.

Getting Started

What happens after you reach out

The path from initial contact to a confirmed engagement is straightforward. Here is what to expect.

01

Initial conversation

A brief call — typically 20–30 minutes — to understand your situation, your statutory requirements if applicable, and your timeline.

02

Scope proposal

We send a written proposal setting out the scope, fee, timeline, and what we will need from your team. No obligation to proceed.

03

Engagement confirmed

Once the engagement letter is signed, we send the document checklist and agree the schedule with your team.

04

Work begins

Fieldwork starts on the agreed date. From that point, you have a named contact and a clear path to the deliverable.

Common Questions

A few things organisations often ask before engaging

Do you work with organisations outside your home country?
Yes. Calibrook operates globally and has conducted engagements across 18 jurisdictions. Engagements are conducted in English. For statutory audit purposes, we assess on a case-by-case basis whether local licensing requirements apply; where they do, we will advise you clearly at the scoping stage.
How is the statutory audit fee determined?
The fee is based on the size and complexity of the entity, the number of material accounts and transactions, the quality and completeness of existing documentation, and any specific requirements of the engagement. The typical range is 4,500 to 18,000 USD. A fee is quoted in writing before any work begins; it will not change unless scope changes, and if scope needs to change, you are told in advance.
Can we use the Readiness Assessment and then proceed to a full audit?
Yes — this is a common sequence for organisations approaching their first formal audit or returning after a gap. The Readiness Assessment fee of 1,900 USD is credited against the subsequent statutory audit engagement. The familiarity we build during the readiness phase also tends to reduce the cost and duration of the audit itself.
What does your team need from us to begin?
At the start of any engagement, we send a tailored document checklist. For an initial conversation, it helps to have a rough sense of your entity's size, structure, year-end date, and what you are hoping the engagement will address. Beyond that, we work with what you have — and advise if anything needs to be prepared before fieldwork begins.
